4114 Baltimore Avenue

"Half Baked Ramen, perhaps the top ramen joint in West Philly, was shut down by the Philadelphia Office of Food Protection after a routine inspection found 47 demerits on January 5. Violations included spoiled food, potentially hazardous food stored at improper temperatures and staff not properly washing their hands. Also among the citations, an inadequate number of hand washing sinks, ineffective pest control measures, and flaunting the supreme authority of the POFD!"
